The Princeville at Hanalei Community Association (PHCA) manages the area in Princeville known as phase 1. A good amount of information contained on this site is open to the public; however, there are areas that are accessible only to association members. To access the members-only information, please log into your account by clicking "Login" on the upper, right-hand area of the screen.
