Is there a golf discount offered for Princeville homeowners? 
Yes! The Makai Golf Course offers discounts to those holding a "Golf Identification Card". The cards are for owners in Princeville Phase I and II (except for timeshares). Golf ID cards can be obtained in the Association office during office hours. They cost $25 and are valid for 2 years.

What is the 2022-23 annual dues rate?
For the Fiscal Year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, the dues rate is $0.12545. This rate is then multiplied by the total number of square feet of your property's land to reach your annual amount due.
