Responsibilities and Tasks
|
- Voting Member of the PHCA Board
- Represents the Association in its relationship with banks, vendors, and government agencies
- Reviews monthly and annual financial statements and the Association's annual tax returns
- Proposes draft annual budget and works with Board and Committee chairs to finalize the budget
- Provides monthly analysis of the Association's financial position, including variance to budget, and makes recommendations on unplanned expenditures
